Curt was great to work with, he took the time to explain everything about our water, what we needed and what options we had. Did a clean and thorough install, came back and tested the water after a few days to make sure everything was working properly and the system did the job intended. Highly recommend!

“Curtis is very personable and easy to work with, and clearly explains everything he is doing. His attention to detail made it clear to me that the prior service I received (from another company) was clearly inadequate. Several key things had not been addressed, including water testing, the problems with my old pipes from the well line, the condition of my pressure tank, the options for better filters, and annually sanitizing the equipment and lines. I am now confident about the quality of the water I am getting throughout the house. I will continue with Curtis Water for annual maintenance, knowing he will do what is needed to keep things running at peak performance.”

“My well water failed a VA required coliform test and, when I called Curtis Water, I explained I was pressed for time due to a scheduled closing date on the loan. They squeezed me in and, in my years of experience, not many contractors will go above and beyond to take care of his customers like they did. You can see quickly that They are extremely knowledgeable in their field and the passion they exude in what they do. An overall pleasant and rewarding experience, and we love our water now. They guaranteed my water would pass the required coliform test, and it did. As a result, I was able to close on my loan. I would highly recommend them to anyone with any water issues.”

“After testing my water and explaining the results to me in a way in could easily understand (and without any pushy salesmen stuff), I was presented with a range of options on how I could solve the issues I was having. The filters and softener Curt installed is extremely high quality, and he took his time making sure the installation was done right. After finishing, he re-tested the water to show me how much of a difference the system was making. The water is so much better now, I couldn’t be happier. These days it can be difficult to find a top-notch contractor, but he is definitely one of the best I have worked with.”

Curt came to the house, did lots of water testing, surveyed the old system and explained what needed to be done in terms we could understand.
